Pony days & summer camps

Pony days are available to book under activity courses. 

Our pony days are 9:30-3:30 and are jam-packed with fun! Each child will have a group lesson in the morning and games on the ponies in the afternoon. In between, they do general yard duties and some arts and crafts.

Summer Camp is available under the activity courses. 

Summer camp at Bristol Riding School is jam-packed with fun.

Monday

• Lay out a dressage arena in the field. 
• Start to learn and understand the basics of dressage. 
• Learn how to clean tack and all the parts of a bridle and saddle. 
• Bath all the horses and ponies. 
• Team building games

Tuesday 

• AM tack clean 
• Lesson 
• Learn dressage test 
• Lunch 
• Handy pony

Wednesday 

• AM Tack clean 
• Lesson in showjumping 
• Yard jobs 
• Lunch 
• Gymkana

Thursday 

• AM dressage test practice on foot. 
• PM dressage test

Friday

• AM showjumping 
• PM pizza making, prize giving, bouncy castle (subject to weather conditions) 
• 14:00 home 
• drop off is 9 am and pick up 4pm Monday-Thursday 
• Friday is 9-2
