Bookings for all lessons close 24 hours before the lesson.
Any last minute availability you need to call 07968844772.
Please note our cancellation policy is currently 72 hours, there is no discretion.
Please don't offend by asking, if you cancel your lesson within this period you will not get a refund of any kind, the same thing applies if you wish to edit a lesson within 72 hours of your lesson taking place.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Bristol Riding School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
